This policy explains what information CaliPouches (Pouchsy INC) collects when you use this site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have as a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

What we collect

• Account & order data: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone, order history.
• Age-verification data: date of birth and identity-verification results from our third-party provider. We do not store full ID images.
• Payment data: handled directly by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Site usage: standard server logs, cookies for cart/session, and analytics events to measure traffic and improve the experience.

How we use it

• Verifying you are 21 or older, as required by California law.
• Processing and shipping orders, including PACT Act reporting to the ATF and CDTFA.
• Customer support, refunds, and fraud prevention.
• Site analytics, performance, and security.

Who we share it with

Only with vendors required to deliver the service: payment processor, age- and ID-verification provider, shipping carrier, tax/compliance reporting tools, and our analytics provider. We do not sell personal information.

PACT Act disclosure

Federal law (the PACT Act, 15 U.S.C. § 375 et seq.) requires us to report shipments of nicotine products to state tax authorities. The information we report includes recipient name, address, and the products shipped.

Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, request deletion, correct inaccuracies, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@calipouches.com with the subject line "CCPA request." We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within 45 days as required by law.

Retention

Order and tax records are retained for the period required by federal and California law (generally seven years). Marketing-related data is retained until you opt out.
